HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE NAME FILE AND GO?
The concept of File and Go, LLC was that our LifeRecord Experts will FILE the critical
documents needed to take control of your Legal and Financial world and then GO,
leaving the information with the client. Also, the Client may take this FILE with all the
critical documents and GO anywhere…including appointments with Professionals, or
even grab the file with all the critical documents in an emergency.
WHAT ASSURANCES CAN YOU GIVE THAT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?
I created this system using my education in Law and my experience in the Insurance
Industry and Finance Fields as a background. All this work required understanding
the importance of confidential information. All our LifeRecord Experts have worked in
business environments where confidentiality is critical and will continue the same business
practice.
With this in mind, the LifeRecord Expert will sign a document assuring the confidential
nature of the relationship. Also, no documents or information is taken from the home.
Only the client retains the care and control of the information gathered.
Questions can be e-mailed to File and Go at any time.

1. Getting It Together can be purchased
at a reduced price of $10.00.
Face value of this book is $11.95. It can
be completed at your own pace.
2. The LifeRecord Kit may be purchased
for $69.95.
This includes a lockable file box filled with
necessary organizational tools to get
started and a notebook with specific
instructions on how to complete your
LifeRecord Kit.
3. The LifeRecord Kit can also be
purchased including a 1 hour consultation
with a LifeRecord Expert Via Telephone for
$109.95.
4. For $300, a LifeRecord will be created
with a LifeRecord Expert at your home.
This appointment includes:
- 2 hours with a LifeRecord Expert guiding you through the process.
- Customized filing system that can be easily updated.
- USB Drive containing gathered emergency information.
- Getting it Together workbook
- Notebook including standardized legal documents that can be used for discussions, planning and Peace of Mind.

The benefit of the LifeRecord Expert
consultation is they become your Personal
Coach giving you the edge to get your
essential organizing accomplished in a
timely manner. We have designed this
system and can quickly walk you through
the process. We can also point out items
you mightneed to consider in planning and
goal setting. Let us be your motivation
and guide.
Does the LifeRecord Expert's advice stand
in place of other other Professional Advice?
Preparing the LifeRecord does give a great
overview of what you have in place in your
Legal and Financial World. Consulting with
the LifeRecord Expert provides a list of
items that should be considered to
complete your LifeRecord giving you a plan
of action. None of this, though, replaces
the advice of an educated professional in
the specific field. It is a critical piece of the
puzzle to follow up with the plan of action
consulting with other professionals.
What can I do to work best with a LifeRecord Expert?
To keep your costs at a minimum, the
client should have all documents that
they consider critical pulled out prior to
the meeting. The more information
gathered will ensure the maximum benefit
of your time spent during the consultation.
The LifeRecord Expert will accomplish as
much as possible within the 2 hour
timeframe. Additional time can be
scheduled. With good preparation prior
to the meeting no additional time should
be needed.
What documents do I need to gather?
Prior to the scheduled meeting, File and Go
will send out a list of specific documents
that should be gathered. Please make
sure that all the information gathered is up
to date and that all your critical
information is included.
Do you come in and organize my whole
office?
No. We specialize in creating systems and
organizing documents for individuals and
small businesses. We can work with an
existing filing system or provide our
LifeRecord Kit, depending on the specific
needs of the client.
How can it be that everyone can benefit from this service?
Every adult needs to handle paperwork. In
fact, managing paper can be
overwhelming. Creating a LifeRecord is
perfect for Individuals, Newlyweds,

Isn't the fireproof box always the best way to secure the documents?
The fireproof boxes are really secure. They
are locked and if there were a fire,
documents would be safe. The boxes
are VERY heavy to lift and carry. This
may not be the best option for some
people who wants to update their system
regularly. Options can be discussed.

This is a LifeRecord for a small business.
Your business needs will be reviewed and
a system developed fo control all Legal
and Financial documents, Leases and
other important documents. A calender will
also be created showing your regular
deadlines at a glance.
Why do written policies and procedures need to be in place?
It is really important that there be written
policies and created for any size company.
The process of creating these allow
management to understand the systems
in place. If a key person transitions out of
a position for any reason or becomes
unavailable, their expertise can retained
after they are no longer available, even if
only to allow that key person to
comfortably take week vacation. This can
also highlight improvements that can be
made that might provide a cost savings to

Why do I need to video tape or document
my items- all items or just valuables?
This is primarily needed for proving
insurance loss. An extreme example is a
fire in a home (like my grandmother
had) and then trying to remember your
valuables to collect what you are entitled
to from the insurance company.

Why do I need a shredder ?
To Protect from ID theft ,it is a good idea
to have a shredder. You can get one
anytime from File and Go or purchase one
independently- but if we are going through
papers, it might be a good time to have
one available.
